Wendy Valero stripped almost naked before performing a sex act on him in her bathroom, according to the year-old. A school bus driver allegedly had sex with one of her pupil passengers after sending the teenager nude Snapchat messages. They exchanged two more similar pictures before Valero sent him Snapchats with a naked shot of herself, say police files. A photo of her privates and two messages - one saying she wanted intercourse with him - followed over the next few days, the documents say.

WFLA — A year old girl was shaken and emotional when she told detectives a man had exposed himself to her while she was waiting for the bus one morning last week. According to Winter Haven Police, the incident occurred last Thursday at approximately 8 a. The girl told police the man pulled up to her in an older model, rusty mid-size SUV with dark blue faded paint. This comes less than five months after another suspicious incident involving a Winter Haven girl. According to police, in late September, a year old girl was walking home from school along Lake Elbert Drive when she said a man told her to get in his van.

Polk County Sheriff's deputies say year-old Kevin Dock met the Winter Haven girl in an online role-playing room and sent her bus ticket to Tuscon for sex. Fortunately this young girl didn't actually make it to Arizona — but she was victimized nonetheless, and the suspect will answer for it. Deputies responded and discovered Greyhound bus tickets in the child's room with the name "Kevin Dock" on them. The tickets were for a July 31 departure from Winter Haven, and an Aug.
Updated: March 2, pm. The Kootenai County Sheriff's Department recommended battery charges against the three girls who came under investigation last week. But the Kootenai County prosecutor's office has since referred the case to a community diversion board for consideration. The program is aimed at first-time juvenile offenders charged with minor crimes and is handled differently from county to county. Youths who are deemed suitable for the program are often given informal probation and counseling, said Kootenai County Prosecutor Barry McHugh. Any charges against the three teens would be filed under the Juvenile Corrections Act and sealed from the public, McHugh said. The mother of the alleged victim said she fears the teens accused of attacking her year-old daughter will not be adequately punished.
